Choose your type of class and then scroll for the meeting IDs and passcodes or links to JOIN ZOOM.

Before you attend your first class or group, make sure you have called the office to complete the intake paperwork. Once registered, just JOIN each week using the correct meeting ID and passcode or the link provided.
